I am planning a Kayak fishing trip to the Coast tryin to get a buddy into sum salt... I need sum help trying to figure out where I want to go(or where the fish are)... I would like to stick to Texas City Dike down to San Luis pass... and anywhere between.... We were think Mosquito Island but I really dont know... Any advise on good places to catch sum reds or speck would be GREATLY appreciated.... Thanks in advance...

christmas bay is a great place to kayak, but i don't have a current fishing report for there.
