Sitting in my driveway.

Gloflame propane out of Bullard. Great service. I have ran out of propane once in 20 years.

Sorry for Hop and others who are having problems.

Good luck.

I was able to get two filled up yesterday at Tractor Supply. Dropped the ball and didn’t get my backup canister for the grill refilled when it ran out and then the other one ran out over the weekend. None of the gas stations or other exchange places had any. Tractor supply did.

For the people with tanks in their yard, hope y’all get taken care of quickly.

tanks are leased, by law no other supplier can fill them and even if we buy them we have to have an inspection prior to filling, inspections are at least 2 weeks out according to the co. I want to use.

Understood. That was why I bought my tank when I put it in. Don’t have to depend on one supplier to get it filled.

I have a good company lined up, owners need to get on it and buy the dam tanks so we can get away from amerigas, their fb page is lit up with the same complaint I have but from all over the country.

they bought out the family co. that was our propane supplier, things suck now.

Do you think they don’t have propane, delivery trucks, employees? FB has some reviews that border on tragic, but there is no info on the root of the problem.

all the people you call for customer service are working from home and so far every one sounds like they could give 2 hoots about anyone freezing etc.
there are a lot of elderly out in this area and I would guess that some are in the same predicament I am.
they have 2 fill stations for the trucks here, paris and another in trenton, I have no doubt they have gas, drivers and employees I have no clue since I rarely interact with the driver.

if it were all up to me I would go get a judge to grant me emergency fill permission from the company I have lined up, or the tanks would already be dug up and in the bar ditch waiting for amerigas to come get them, owners are more mellow on it than I am.

no reason for this at all, we are on an auto fill every 2 months, the 15th was supposed to be our fill date and I was promised by the gal on the phone it would happen, then again they promised me 3 more times and the owners at least 2 times, so much for that bs.
