All of these have great food and service.
Who have I missed?

It’s all about the “headlights out at the ramp” mentality. Seriously, the restaurant business is always a challenge, especially over the past year. All of the restaurant owners deserve a huge round of applause if they’re still in business today. They’ve basically had to reinvent the wheel on day to day operations. I’m on the supplier side of the foodservice industry, and I will tell you flat out that there’s no way that I could do that job, nor would I ever want to. I’d have a heart attack and die during the first month. I now know why Wawi has the attitude that he does.....J/K. I admire all of you guys. What is the name of your Company?

Met PGR and Ratz there for a small GTG this spring. I had the catfish and shrimp platter and was impressed.
