Chop up some that bologna in the morning and scramble it with some eggs, then throw it on a tortilla with hot sauce.

We went with the chicken. Wife wants to save the baloney for when we go fishing & camping. Sliced it, vac packed it & into the freezer. We like the idea of the bfast taco, gonna try them next weekend while fishing/camping. Thanks guys for all the comments.
