Just want to make folks smile, and spit coffee on their keyboard.
If you put beans in your chili, you don't know beans about chili.
God doesn't create temporary people, you will spend eternity somewhere. Choose wisely.

I don't think I've ever had sausage fajitas, I don't even remember the last time I had beef fajitas. At some point, chicken became my go-to fajita. Maybe I'll try beef next week. Do you use flank steak? I don't remember.

If you really want best meat for fajitas get flat iron. So much more tender than skirt or flank steak.

There are a bunch of ways to cook fajitas. An instapot is probably the best way. What a disgusting sounding way to cook fajitas. Historically, cast iron is in. You don't exactly get that seared griddle effect with an instapot. I have migrated to an RTIC King Cooker - think "Fire Disc". It seems like the perfect skillet for the task.

If you really want best meat for fajitas get flat iron. So much more tender than skirt or flank steak. What we all get at stores is inside skirt steak.... What we want is outside skirt steak. All of that gets sold to restaurants. It's a much better cut.

Pork Fajitas. Pork tenderloin, flatten out with with a mallet, season with Fiesta Brand Mesquite Smoke fajita seasoning overnight. Place on a hot azz grill dont move it for 6-7 minutes no matter how much it complains, flip over for another 4-5 min, remove from grill squirt with fresh lime, rest for 5 min, slice and enjoy....it may not even make it to the tortilla
Reality. What a concept!

Do you use flank steak? I don't remember. Kroger has skirt and flat iron on sale through Tuesday. I remember when skirt steak was a cheap cut of beef. Still a carppy cut but no longer chesp.
