Heard it earlier and saw a picture. Can anyone confirm? It would be the new lake record for Smallmouth. SIAP didn’t see anything on it.

I’m begging for that green slime to come back in full fury here, it was just starting to show up before the cold hit. I was hoping it wouldn't be bad this year but found a bunch 3 weeks ago out there.

I’m begging for that green slime to come back in full fury here, it was just starting to show up before the cold hit. Yeah I hope so also. Folks did a pretty good job keeping their mouth shut a while but it never lasts.

I didn't lose him at the boat. I shook him off cause I didn't want my hands to get "fishy"

Slime is a pain to fish in . Ivie will always have some pressure no matter what there are big girls to be had there that’s the bottom line . Sure it had some down years but there is always a chance you could catch a DD out of it . I still think if it can stay around 60 to 70 percent full . It will really bust loose next spring and be close to what it was in early 2000’s

When Both store/Motels sold both the new owners have publicized any and all good fish caught here, Especially on Facebook. But I guess that's how they make their money by renting rooms and flipping burgers. The more people that come the more money they make.
