Not my house, just a customer’s. I was hoping we could stay out of the remodel business but to many homes are ruined.

Chris, you would know. Help a brother out.

A friend which is almost family had water running while they left their home and stayed in a hotel.
They came back with water everywhere. I did not know they left water running.

They have water in three rooms which all have carpet. I gave them a high volume fan like the pros use and told her they need to pull back the carpet, dry as good as they can with a shop vac and keep using the fan until everything is completely dry. My daughter went there and said they were hoping to just use fans to dry the carpet.

Are they doomed to get mildew like I think?
They called the insurance company but have heard nothing more yet.
