Some of the [censored] we are buying now that is supposed to be hamburger can't be much better. It is sickening to cook it and see what cooks out. You can still buy a decent steak, but as for as hamburger goes, I have no idea of where to buy some that is good. McDonalds at one time, and maybe still buys old canner cows that had outlived their useful life as a dairy cow. Or some old cow on her last legs that goes through the local auction. But now, they add something that is awful. I certainly am not a fan of buying plant based meat and I doubt that Gates is either. A nice rib eye is still my favorite. Unfortunately, chicken is no better.

To be fair, I've actually grilled and ate Impossible Burger. The are actually pretty good. The price needs to come down some more.

that is the part that should scare hell out of anyone with any sense, regulate that I have to eat a certain item? I will start shootin at that point.

I wonder what temp you wrap or pull synthetic brisket? This could be a big learning curve.

I didn't eat 100% beef now, so I don't want 100% synthetic beef either. Synthetic fish would be great, less toxins.
