I believe so. I've seen rayburn 44-45 once, after all the freezing rain and low temps it may be lower by Thursday. Does anybody know the lowest been?

Until they freeze. They survive under the ice up north. That's my guess anyway

The bass will be fine. I've caught a lot of big largemouth through the ice when I lived in New Hampshire.

What I'm most worried about is the shad kill. We don't have shad in northern lakes because they wouldn't survive the winter. Hopefully there isn't a major die off of our forage base.
