 Talons will not go into bluetooth pair mode?

I have tried resetting by holding the up button until beeps go away. If definately cleared. As all my remotes are inop now. Have done this several times while disconnecting all power. any suggestions? It will not go into pair mode just long loud beeps and no scrolling LED's. Just wanted to add new stomp buttons.

Remove power from them, then hook it back up.
It’s what I have to do to my PowerPoles. I’m sure it won’t work, but worth a try if you have tried everything else.
