Have a frozen cold water outlet under kitchen sink..have any advice as how to deal with this..thanks

100 watt regular light bulb about 6" - 10" from it and close the doors for half an hr.
do check on it about every 5 min. to make sure the bulb is not scorching any flammables.

A hair dryer will sometimes do the trick. If I were to do that, I'd use medium heat at first

Don't put the lightbulb too close to PVC drain pipes or they will slowly melt and deform.
