Pam Martin-Wells and Kim Bain-Moore have both competed in the classic...so at least 2 women have qualified, I believe it was through the WBT before it was dissolved.

Anybody making it to the Big Show deserves BIG Respect no matter the gender.

Hillary Martin has the personality for social media no doubt about it. The girl can fish too.

Being able to make decisions on the fly, run the boat and put fish in the boat is a TOTALLY different thing than walking the bank with a GoPro strapped to your chest from canal to canal. That is not to say she couldn't make the Classic one day perhaps even win it. I would cheer her on.

Ever is a long time. So I'd say maybe, at some point. However, God created hunters and gatherers, male and female. We are different in so many ways and it is wonderful.

She probably knows from her Dad, the money is in entertainment, not fishing tourneys.

That's the most PC way to say women don't belong in men's professional fishing. clap

Man. I’m stuck in the house with my wife. Don’t want no problems.

I vote yep, no doubt it could happen. I’ve watched enough episodes of “naked and afraid” to never underestimate a women. I’ve watched way more men, who talked a big game, “TAP OUT” way before the girls. Not to mention child birth.

No, because they get dehydrated and their cameramen are not allowed to open their water bottles or Gatorade for them.

It is a numbers game. How many people fish in just your state? Out of that how many fish for bass then how many are men? The number of skilled men pros is so much more than women so it would naturally be a smaller number that might have the ability. If more women get into the sport the odds only get better for them. No other reason that a woman couldn't be as good as any man in fishing. I always wondered why they have to have their own category for tournaments,. No reason for it.
