Done with the second shot. Pharmacist told me my arm won't be sore this time, but I'll get a fever. I don't know. I've had more people tell me they didn't get a fever with the second shot on Moderna like those that took Pfizer did. Either way, I'm glad to be a bit more protected. Added something good to an otherwise sucky day.

Both my wife and I were scheduled for our 2nd shot on February 5th. We both received an email from Tarrant County and the appointment date had moved to February 2nd. We will be in line at the Arlington Convention Center tomorrow at 2PM.

11 hours after the shot and I have some minor soreness in my left upper arm. Had zero issues after the 1st shot.

My wife is having a few issues. Her arm is very sore and she says she can barely move it. She also has a mild headache. She also had no issues after the 1st shot.

6 hours in and I'm starting to feel it in my left arm. Way earlier than the last shot, which I also had arm soreness. We'll see how it goes. I have the Tylenol on the nightstand just in case I spike a high fever.

That's actually good news. They have said that the 1st shot prepares your body to fight the virus and the 2nd shot will likely produce some discomfort or even fever and such for a day or so as the body starts fighting what it thinks is the virus.

I’ve been hearing to not take any pain relievers for a couple days before, the day of, and while going through the effects of the vaccine. But i would think there’s bound to be a point where a really high temp would be dangerous if not treated. The claim was that you weren’t supposed to because it might inhibit the strength of your immune response creating antibodies. I have not confirmed any of that. My brain is mush from reading so much info from various sources about these vaccines. I just got my first one Friday so almost 4 weeks till the second one. Unless they change the plan for 2nd shots.

Went to bed at 930... woke up at 2:00. Can't sleep. Foggy head, but no fever. Back is killing me; so extremely grateful for my bed's adjustable foundation. I highly recommend the Ease 3.0 for anyone needing a new matrrss...skip the box springs and get the Ease 3.0 instead.

I got in bed about 10:45 last night and slept OK til just before 4:00 a.m. Could not go back to sleep. My arm seems to be a bit more sore than yesterday and my head feels really congested. Left ear hurts some, kinda like a bad case of swimmer's ear.

Wife's co-worker got it Sat and was in bed all day Sunday with aches, chills, fever. Was better Monday. Wife gets hers Thrusday

My wife's arm is still very sore this morning but all other issues from last night are gone!

Really bad brain fog set in around the 23 hour mark... doesn't seem to be bad this morning, but I just woke up. No fever or chills, but I did have a slight headache... but that may have been due to a lack of caffeine. The brain fog, though... not a fan

Got notified yesterday to show up at Texas Motor Speedway Thursday afternoon for first jab.

#2 for me Feb. 8 at a drive thru vaccination hub.
