Crankn, for what it's worth, the most perfect looking wall cloud I can ever remember seeing was actually in Minnesota!

thanks again for all the kind comments.....what started out a year ago as something to pass the time has now turned into a pretty big and fun hobby of mine...this was taken with a nikon D50 and 50mm 1.8 set on a tripod with a 25second exposure...
i have sure enjoyed taking shots of the storms this year....Radtexan this is at the tennis center..taken from the parking lot of my church looking west.....again thanks again for all the kind words...god bless randy

Wow, beautiful!! I have also been taking the time exposures w/tripod. Have ya tried fireworks, on the fourth?,, That was the first time that I did that.. Ya get several bursts in one photo. Then I go with Paint Shop Pro, and crop the intividual ones, or add some to them and make em look like I want em....That stuff is fun aint it?

SeaGull...thanks for complements and no i have not shot fireworks but plan to this year.i am looking forward to it...you are right about this being fun.....god bless

You should consider becoming a professional photographer. I saw photos like that in a shop in Tahoe going for several thousand dollars.......
