Figures there would be a crybaby over a name, not a surprise. Troll much What’s to troll? One is called the Bass Pro Shops US open and the other is the WON Bass US Open. Whoopty fricking doo. Does the name really affect you even in the tiniest bit?

Last I checked there were not 2 US open golf, tennis, bowling tourneys and the fact that johnnys tournament is not an open at all makes it more ludicrous.

Last I checked there were not 2 US open golf, tennis, bowling tourneys and the fact that johnnys tournament is not an open at all makes it more ludicrous. So it affects you emotionally or mentally? Do you feel the need to riot and protest? Maybe you can sue JM for brand discrimination... If I were to ask everyone that I know, if they had ever heard of WON Bass US Open, almost everyone of them would say NO. I think the world can overcome this tiny dilemma for you offended. This is almost as humorous, as the guys crying about Ken Smiths opinions on his boat reviews.

Since he’s calling it the “Johnny Morris Bass Pro Shop US Open”
I don’t see how anybody who is actually aware of bass fishing tournaments could confuse it with the WON US Open.
The rest of society doesn’t care.

It was in reference to a game they played on college of flipping beer caps against a wall in the old college pad. It stayed up for years. Let's find another definitive line to draw in the sand on deciding the validity of things.

You mean a line like when 80% of actual Pro fishermen leave a trail to fish another, and the trail that lost the anglers fills all the spots with benchwarmers an then profess them the “real” pros....haha look it up, it happened.
