 Like all the good info from this. I have two slightly used rods, wanna put U 40 on where can i pick up local? N. dallas,richarson, area Thanks again.

Tackle Warehouse sells it. Some Wally worlds can ship but don't know if they carry in store or not.

Clorox cleanup spray with bleach, scrub with a brush, rinse off and towel dry...best I’ve found for this

I have used Clorox Wipes and I have used a Magic Eraser and they both work well!

Magic Eraser pads work awesome on cleaning cork. +1 Or alcohol and a rag, maybe Simple Green if it is oily.

I've always used rubbing alcohol. Always worked good for me.

Baby wipes. Not only does it work great without using harsh chemicals, but it also softens the cork and makes for a more comfortable handle
