Looking at these units to use strictly with my 360, what are biggest differences? Both mega by the way

A G2N will not run a MEGA 360 and both will run the 360.
Both are discontinued, G4N's are current.
G3N/G4N have HW CHIRP as standard for 2D sonar and more power for Imaging= has + in their model names.
G2N and older have 83/200 kHz for 2D sonar.
Helix 12 CHIRP MEGA SI+ GPS G3N and G4N, 1198c SI, SOLIX 10 SI G3,
Helix 8 MEGA SI+ GPS G4N, SOLIX 12 SI and G3, MEGA 360, MEGA LIVE TL, RC-1

There were some G2N models that have HW CHIRP as well. They were special models sold by Cabela's / Bass Pro Shops.
