I am looking to upgrade the electronics on my boat. I am looking at moving my Eagle Fish Mark 500 to the dash and getting something entirely new for the front. The livescope seems very cool but am looking for something a little cheaper. What would anybody recommend? Or is the livescope worth it?

I have an old Garmin 93SV and a Humminbird 12 GN3 mega this and all that. I have had the HB for 18 months and fished about 60 times since adding it to the boat. I have not seen a decrease In how many time I get skunked on RayBob. SO far, it was not worth it.
Subjective question, directly related to amount of jack you got to pizz away on toys.

They are all just about equally good these days If buying brand new, find the best deal on the largest screen you can find. This is the time of year when BPS and Academy start clearing out previous generation models at low prices. This year might be a little different due to low supply/high demand issues with fishing gear over the past 12 months. Looks like they are out of stock on that one, but you get the idea.
