God looking ribs. It has been years since I have been to that part of the country, they used to have yellow barbecue sauce. The red stuff looks way better. Wish I had know about this place back then.

that's one slab of ribs and typically we split a slab between two guys....they also serve you a container of BBQ sauce and about 8 slices of white bread that you dip in the sauce.....some people say the bread dipped in the sauce is almost as good as the ribs and i agree....
