Good time Charlies in San Antonio TX. Also Clear Springs Restaurant in New Braunfels has great fried catfish.  Side Note: You catfish meal looks fantastic !  Yes Sir! Love them both!

Doesn’t Brandon have a catfish place in Grand Prairie?
I always thought if I was over there I’d like to try his place- There is a dive here called JJ Hughes. Awesome fried catfish baskets. A few of us at work have it at least every other week. Pretty much a to go order place. They only have like one dine in table. Is that the little convenience store with a grill? No gas pumps? I’ve had a burger there before, seems like it was cash only then, and it was pretty durn good. That’s it. Try the catfish or shrimp basket. Good stuff

When I was a kid Bill Martins Zuider Zee was dang good.
Chicken Express is a good way to get your fix if nothing else is available.

I always stopped at catfish oharlies on 287 when I went thru there, had an excellent platter back then.

Stacy’s Fish Fry in Miller’s Grove, North of Lake Fork has an excellent Buffet on Friday and Saturday’s. Cat fish, shrimp and all the sides, homemade cobbler. Well worth the drive.
