I love the TFF!! Ask a simple question and get entertained and informed for days. I still am totally lost as to where or where not we should wear a mask. I did notice yesterday, that the new press secretary or whatever her title is, held the first press briefing on federal property inside a federally owned building maskless. So confusing... Read the EO. https://www.whitehouse.gov/briefing...al-workforce-and-requiring-mask-wearing/ The heads of executive departments and agencies (agencies) shall immediately take action, as appropriate and consistent with applicable law, to require compliance with CDC guidelines with respect to wearing masks, maintaining physical distance, and other public health measures by: on-duty or on-site Federal employees; on-site Federal contractors; and all persons in Federal buildings or on Federal lands.

Greatness. Well 80 million folks want this. No way it was really 80 million We know it wasn't. Anyone with any modicum of intelligence knows this. World renown Statisticians don't believe it mathematically possible. But, well, you know, there was no cheating or anything.

Wonder why the evidence was never produced for the courts? Incidentally, I believe it and I have at least a modicum of intelligence and a fair amount of statistical background.

But at the end of the day, I was simply asking if the mandate says on federal property, are COE lakes considered federal properties? The dams and infrastructure including the property under the water and around the water perimeter up to a point is COE property but not the water itself. The water is owned by the state, at least in Texas and the feds have no jurisdiction on how the water is used. They do have control of any structures placed on the lake. Typically the TPWD controls recreational activities on the lakes.

Both roadway types are federal are they not?

Don’t be a dince, those that asked to look at the evidence were blocked and are still to this day. Why couldn’t the results be audited if there was no fraud? Why did States unconstitutionally change their election rules? Why did Milwaukee, Minneapolis, Detroit, Philly, Atlanta, etc. mysteriously all shut down their count until they knew how many votes they “needed” and then start counting again in the wee hours of a.m. with no opposition oversight? Heck, maybe Biden was shafted. What is wrong to have the integrity to examine the evidence and uncover the truth?

Another quortsion ---- Does an Exacutive Order carry the weight of a law passed by the/a legislature and signed by the chief executive.
Are we still under some kind of emergency mandate almost a year later or is it considered marshal law now?
Who will be patrolling these Federal lands and properties, Federal officers?
Advice? Wise men don't need it. Fools won't heed it.

Amistad (on the USA side) is a national park, so federal laws apply. State fish and game laws also apply based on an MOU between the NPS and TPWD.
Just a correction ... There is only one National Park in the State of Texas and that would be Big Bend National Park. Amistad is a National Recreational Area. Similarly parts of Padre Island are a National Seashore and in East Texas there are the pearls of land that make up The Big Thicket National Preserve. There are also 4 National Forests in Texas. Just because there is a "National" in the name the rest of the name can be descriptive and carries meaning/definition.

Those that are eat up with pride and arrogance will never admit they are in error. The stupidity of the Executive Order is plain to see. It's a feel good(for some) empty act. Right after signing the Executive Order Biden was on the steps of the Lincoln Monument with about 20 others standing shoulder to shoulder . . . without masks . . . all of them.
