Looking to buy a 18 ft flat bottom aluminum boat with a Yamaha 70 hp four stroke tiller drive. The boat is a little distance to go test drive. I'm concerned about torque. Can any one share experience? Thanks in advance

Pat Goff TFF Guru P Joined: Jan 2005 Posts: 22,078 Seadrift TX	Prop torque is created when the prop starts to surface, if that motor is stuck down in the water, it should be minimal. It's a easy fix either way, skeg mounted torque tab will calm it down a ton. Pat Goff Seadrift TX
