Just out of curiousity, how often should you check the fluid levels in your batteries? I noticed that my batteries wouldn't show a full charge, so I checked the fluid. I ended up putting 1.5 gallons of distilled water in between the two batteries.

When I plugged the charger back in, one immediately showed charged, the other is still charging.

I usually check once or twice a year... I recently learned to charge my batteries when I get home from the lake rather than before I head out a week or so later...

Maybe a good idea to check every time you fill up with gas??

Check 'em every couple months at least. When you say "immediately" showed charged - depending on your charger what that *might* mean is, lost its ability to accept a charge. Might want to check that out.

I sure hope that isn't the case, cause I'm heading out to a tourny at 2:30 this morning.

I won't have to worry as much about charging them pretty soon, as I will be getting a Stay-N-Charge system installed.

Steve, great choice on the Stay'N Charge system. You won't be disappointed at all. If I can help you in anyway with it, give me a shout.
