I'm gonna allow some benefit of doubt and say maybe they install the optics that way to protect them during shipping? If not, the best we can hope for is they are very selective about to whom they issue ammunition.

Hey she might be a bad a** in disguise.....:) My nephews wife was an LT in the Army. When she went to pickup a rifle the dumb gun store owner asked if that was too big of a gun for her. According to my nephew she proceeded to field strip it with her eyes closed and then put it back together and handed it back....and she decided not to buy it there cause of the guys attitude. Oh and she can shoot like nobody's business. When shooting with them when we visited last summer. He** her and my little sister out shot me big time. Rifles and pistols..:) So NO, my nephew doesn't piss her off....:)

They don't fit up against the liner if the optics is on the top of the rail.
