Curious if any of you guys are running two graphs on the front deck with multiple transducers? I'm thinking about adding a Garmin unit to my front deck specifically for livescope. I currently have a Helix 10 SI up there and really don't want to get rid of the side imaging transducer on that unit. Plus i like the mapping and the waypoint sharing setup that my humminbird graphs have. I noticed Garmin has a way to mount their livescope transducer to the trolling motor shaft. Anyone doing something similar to this? I'm not really worried about interference. I could always disable the transducer on the humminbird when using livescope if I had to. Just don't have any experience with the Garmin units. Especially mounting garmin transducer on the tm shaft. Thanks in advance for any input.

Curious about bow mounted SI results. I have tried trolling motor mounted SI transducer paired with HB1199 at the bow and was not impressed with the imagery. Wondering if the newer SI models perform better now ?

The side imaging on my helix 10 SI G3N+ worked great on my trolling motor until the last month. The service center is telling me the armature is about to go out and that is what is causing the interference now. Going to replace the armature next week.

I have a Lowrance carbon up front with the Garmin livescope. Installation does not conflict with each other and I have not recognized any interference.

I've been running Livescope on the shaft and Garmin UHD54 (down/side view) for quite awhile on my Force and love it. 106 and 8610 on the front deck.

I heard one drawback on mounting your live scope transducer to your tm shaft is that you have to point tm at the area you want to fish. If you are in spot lock mode this is a problem.

Or one ADVANTAGE of mounting it on the trolling motor shaft is that you CAN point the trolling motor at the area you want to fish. I can continue fishing without reaching for a separate mount to point the Livescope. When I am in Anchor Mode and want to look around, I simply take it off Anchor for a second or two and turn the trolling motor without hitting the prop button. I primarily bass fish, have had Livescope on the shaft since the beginning and have no desire to change it. Others do it different.

Thanks for your information. I'm a displaced TX fisherman in GA trying to set up with all the new electronics. Livescope looks awesome. But I'm not sure I want to lose some other features. Is anyone running Livescope with 360? Do they work together? Is it overkill? I guess you could spend all your time looking at screens and never get a line in the water. Thanks for your help.

I have Mega 360 and livescope on my Ultrex. Use the Mega 360 to find the cover/structure. Pinpoint the fish with the livescope.

Great combination in my opinion.

Look at the Garmin 126sv, it has DI,SI, and Sonar, with the proper transducer you have perspective view to spot the fish. I’m constantly moving and rarely use Spot Lock so it’s not an issue. I use a split screen setup on the Garmin unit to see what I want to see.

I have a carbon with the side imaging up front along with the Garmin livescope mounted on a separate all aboard mount. I don’t need much movement to get a good return on my SI. I like to use them both together. I think there are advantages and disadvantages to having it mounted on the TM shaft. I like to fish docks, so I like to point the livescope at the docks while I watch the SI to make sure that I don’t miss any brush piles etc off to the other side of the boat. I don’t notice any interference with the units either. Chasing schools is fun as well as I can find the schools with the SI and then I can stay on the schools while monitoring the SI and the livescope. Of course, whatever works for you is the key. I am enjoying learning how to utilize the technology together. Just go with whatever works for you.

Thanks for the help. A view from those who have tried it is always better than a talk from a guy in the store.
