I hate to be a critic , but is that level ? smile

Looks cool , I need to get something like that, My wife puts all the knives in one drawer , not real good on the edges.
I keep my better knives in the cabinet , but she finds thems, keeping knives sharp with her in the kitchen is a
constant battle.

You must watch Almazon Kitchen on Youtube. He uses that big clever like it was a fillet knife.

Yeah I caught that too. The lines on the torpedo level were worn off and the wife the wife was actually the one holding the level and she said close enough, so itโ€™s all good. I probably should have gone out to the truck and got a different level.

I have a magnetic strip attached to my vent where I keep all the larger cutlery . Doesn't look as good as yours. cheers
