I'm interested in setting up a red fish trip to Venice anybody have any recommendations on guides and where to stay I need some delicious Cajun food ! Thanks

The Venice fishing lodge is a good option. Food is great and they have full time guides.

The Fish Intimidator, Captain Ron Price, has a great place to stay and the fishing is great. I've stayed with him 3 times over the last few years -- service was excellent! http://www.fishintimidator.com/index.htm
