I bought these in Tx at walmart regularly and they came with the small heads and a little grub. Do they come with that stuff from Tackewhs? It says no'

Thanks Jeff

That's the YumBrella Kit. The Flash Mob labelled are just the wire units.

No plastics with that one on TW, Jeff. I didn't think Walmart carried FlashMobs by themselves.

Walmart carried the 5 wire w jig head and little grubs. It was the walmart in Nacogdoches, I dont know if any others do but that one did when I was there for 3 months in 2020.

Thanks for your help I found them on Amazon.

There were three Wmarts in my area that reliably carried the Yumbrella kit and the Strike King tour grade “titanium” Arig. Haven’t seen them at these Wmarts for about five months.

The Academies from time to time will have the Flash Mob Jr and the Ultralight (wouldn’t trust those swivels on the Ultralight).

Yeah the titanium was at that walmart also I bought one of those, it seems un breakable but its too hard to retrieve for me, I dont know if the size of the head causes that or the wires but the flashmob jr is about as big as I will use.

Because of the vertical orientation of the wires on the “titanium”, instead of breaking, they can slip right through the head. This issue is solved with a little dab of 2 part epoxy or pinch of JB water weld at each of the places where the wires meet the head on the “titanium”. Yes, the flashmob/yumbrella is much easier to throw all day.

I bet Walmart ordered them with the plastics and TW did not.

It has been so long ago that I bought the ones I have that I don't remember where I got them but it was probably Walmart or Academy.

I say that because I know that I bought them in person when I first bought them.

When I bought the first big ones I made the mistake of using 3/8 ox heads with 3.5-4" grubs and that was way too heavy for anything I had at the time to throw. sarcastic

I bought some from Shane's Baits during the holidays but have not had a chance to throw them yet. cheers

I purchased them off of Amazon a couple of months ago for $12.88. It looks like they have increased in price, but are still there, too:
