This year I got way more confident in jigs. No special color for me but can go wrong with pink and chartreuse. I also use hand ties and plastics. Boneheqd has some great plastics although their jigheads are very average.

I also mix up colors with nibbles. This year is the first year I also tried the Bobby garland rattles inside my plastic jig. I'm a believer it makes a difference.

Not one color but this is my favorite northwest texas kit.

I almost always start with the gray ghost.
