Thanks, I’m getting a new TM installed next week and when I get it back I’ll tweak on it some more. I found another good YouTube vid on it today showing how to get to advanced settings for more fine tuning. For a guy my age, it’s a lot to learn ! grin

Lake Bonham...first time getting on crappie that we’re stacked up like this. I’ve seen everyone’s pictures, but never seen it for myself until now.

He has Contour Mode turned on to eliminate the water column. Not a good technique for crappie fishing/searching.

Thanks Wayne, I just got my boat back yesterday and haven’t taken it out yet, but I’m gonna go through the settings and see what I can do to tweak it a little. I’m still ignorant but I’m trying !

This is one of my favorite spots I snapped a pic of back in July when we were catching double limits by noon. They would move out and then come back in waves.

Do the pictures have to be on Photo Bucket or can you just upload your photo to the fishing forum?

RJU01, Click on the icon with the blue arrow pointing up, then follow the directions from there. You may have to resize your pics, I do on my iPad.

Inline images not working? Tries to upload, but switches to the main forum page instead. Tried photo uploader too, no dice there either.

Got a new fish finder, little suckers can't hide now. Caught dinner, and turned the rest back. [Linked Image]

Same here. the big ones must be deep in the main lake timber and by the dam. the few i caught last week were all 8 or 9 inches. but they were aggressive!
