Yep, looked like a fork lift missed his mark. Delivery guys said, oh I’m sure it’s fine, no need to worry... I said, you’re not leaving until I open the box, sure as chit, damaged....now what? Wait another 3 weeks for replacement? Or.......,

id get on the ot and post about it.... then call them. sounds reasonable. Dang, if only I was as smart as you 2... I would still have a damaged grill in my driveway.

You aren't the only one. I ordered one for my parents for Christmas and just now opened the box to assemble it before tomorrow. Lid is bent to hell. I have been out of town so wasn't able to inspect it until now.
My past experience with RecTeq's customer service is top notch so I have no doubt they will take care of both of us quickly. But it's still frustrating.
