1, No 'Naners' on the boat ever
2. Must put on sunscreen before leaving the house and wash hands thoroughly...doing this on the boat can throw my game off...
3. Gear and boat must be totally prepared the night prior to fishing...or it will totally mess up my mojo.
4. Check lake levels, weather, review lake map and read the TFF, ABF, TPDW, etc...
5. Never ever put any water in the livewell prior to putting the 1st keeper in the boat.
Last but not least, always get a good luck kiss from the wifey and then she says, Be Safe, Have Fun and I love ya...I know, it may sound sappy but it works for me and I always enjoy my time on the water.
Attitudes are contagious, is yours worth catching?

Now I know why I can't catch fish. I have violated all of these at least once on every trip.

i have a pair of locking forceps for taking hooks out that have to be attached to my cloths somewhere...

I think everything is bad luck for me. I quit wearing alot of my t-shirts because I think they are bad ju-ju. When I find my good luck, I will keep it.

If I am on the lake and catch a fish on the first cast.Seems like it is down hill from there. This is not superstition! This is a fact! B But my superstition is to spit on my worms-live ones for bream.
That's why they call it fishing and not catching!

Fish always seem to bite while lighting a smoke. I take a carton of smokes out, and light one on every cast. Then throw the rest of it in the trash after reeling in

same as fishkyller when fishing with live bait if i light a smoke or crack open a miller lite theres the bite. by the way fishkyller, smokes are getting expensive just update me on when and where you are fishing!!!lol
