Fired up the Pitboss tonight since I'm solo. Put a little ribeye on. I cheated and use the probe. Was looking for medium but almost got medium well. Still working on that sear fellas. my wife cooked salmon croquettes in our Foodi...she's also cooked chicken fried pork cutlet...not to mention fried crapy...we use it multiple times a day

Ribeye looks perfect, Moto. All I could scrape up was Turkey added to macaroni and cheese casserole left over from Thanksgiving. Still have ham left over. May have to do Ham and Spam cutlets tomorrow night.
