 Great topwater bite on somerville

Had a wonderful topwater bite on somerville! Absolute fun all morning. Caught 23 or so and was off the water by 10. Fun fun
When I am not fishing I am thinking about fishing. And mostly what I should have done differently my last trip!

Love catching too water white-eez! Was this a main lake point? I have been looking in deep water points in the lakes I’ve been fishing but these look to be surfacing on some shallow water?

Its a gut between the main lake and an island. They arent always there but when they are its before daylight. They go deep once the sun is too high. My buddy fished with me a couole times and couldnt get them to hit his bait but i still wrecked them. I guess I do soething different

That’s a great spot. Topwater=FUN You've fished topwaters there? I never see anyone fish that shoreline much haha
