I think it’s the tires. There are several intentions in the sidewall of the tire as I run my fingers across it, like seams.

Your a smart dude, please don’t just say it’s the tires...even if it were that means the tires wore in a way to make it happen. Which means something made them wear that way.

I think it’s the ball joints that wore the tires, but don’t know what would cause those indentions in the sidewalls (or if that’s a normal thing). The original track bar did have slack in it, as well as the steering linkage, so wasn’t just shotgunning parts.

Update, I took it to a shop today, and they told me that my brand new steering linkage had bad rod ends and was flopping around and that I needed a new steering dampener. This is the same linkage that you see in the video. I put it in like 2 days ago and took the video yesterday afternoon. No play whatsoever that I see and it’s brand new. Also, steering dampener is completely functional. It has resistance both directions, no gaps in resistance throughout. They wouldn’t balance or rotate my tires. They said they were wearing normally.

Took it to second shop. They said steering linkage and track bar were tight, no slack that they could see. They said my tires were very out of balance and were concerned about the “flat spots” on my sidewalls.
