Managing a sports league during Covid is no walk in the park but they're not going to run out of money over there anytime soon. Lol, you guys act like they're gnawing on a bone. They will get the acquisition behind them this year and streamline ops and all will be well.

But I thought before the buyout FLW tour would likely not have survived, and this was before the covid mess. I don't think all is well at BASS either I feel many of those that were lower in the elite standings may not return this year, in a perfect world the two would just merge and be done with it.

Things are going to get a lot worse before they get better and I'm not just talking about Pro Fishing.

FLW needed some adjustments and you’re seeing those implemented. Neither MLF nor BASS are going anywhere. They’re both owned by billionaires and both going to continue to compete and move their businesses forward.

They bring this all on themselves with their own arrogance. Live wells are bad, then by season 2 go raid our minor leagues that use Live wells, We are a real sport because we do not pay entry fee's, by season 3 we need to have entry fee's. We are not a little fish league, by season 2, we have a variable weight limit that is basically 2 pounds. It is all comical. Again no one would complain if they were not so cocky with their marketing to begin with.

Where were they all gonna go???... It's BASS or MLFLW/ BPsT. MLFLW/ BPsT screwed their guys by shutting down early and not giving their guys a full season. At least BASS worked and rescheduled so their guys got a full season... Dan

MLF allowed their BPT guys to fish the Pro Circuit thus giving them the option to have a full schedule of competition. Conversely, if a BPT angler wants to, they can fish both leagues : BPT & Pro Circuit in 2021. It’ll be interesting to see how many do that. That will definitely be a FULL schedule.

I hope they all survive I think it puts more spot light on the sport and I like the live broadcasts from all 3.

Haven’t seen it on here but John Cox mentioned on Luke Dunkins podcast w/Dave Mercer that if the Elite schedule doesn’t conflict with BPT or their minor league then he would fish all 3. He sounded like he was just waiting for BASS to release the remaining 4 dates to him.

I'm sure there are several that if had the opportunity to just go back to bass would go. Many of those guys are not going to fish the opens to requalify. They've been there done that. There are still some bpt guys fishes the opens and did not requalify.

Hackney is only missing the Classic and he'll have won all of the "majors". He has an AOY on both FLW & at BASS. He has the FLW Cup win as well a MLF World Championship from a couple years ago.

I don't believe anyone has accomplished the 4 big ones, AOY and Classic/Cup. With the cup being extinct now, He's on the short list of people who could actually do it.
