This weekend's Outlaw Outdoors Toy Drive Tournament on Rayburn for Jasper County was a GIANT success. Stacy and Clint put on a fantastic event, and raised over $30K along with probably over another $5K in toys that were donated as well. Several sponsors donated, as well as guides, some tour pros, and local companies. Thanks to them all. Clint and Stacy worked like crazy to do this, and didn't take a penny for doing it. Hats off to them for their big hearts and commitment to community. Job well done!

Ken and I fished it, and weighed a small limit. Something was telling us not to fish it, because we crapped out 3 boats before we ever got started. I has a Ghost trolling motor disappear - mother board wacked out. And Ken's new Mercury had a shift sensor die ( that's 2 boats..) Clint and Stacy volunteered Charger Bob. We're in! Well, Clint and Stacy hadn't been on the water in 6 weeks and.... their cranking battery had died - dead - 4 whopping volts! (third boat). Clint had a spare battery in their trailer that we put in Charger Bob, and we were off to fish at the crack of 08:30!

What wonderful people that would let you borrow their boat so freely (however, they wouldn't let us go to Marrion's Ferry?). Again, special thanks to Stacy and Clint - good people. Fish their tournaments if you get a chance. And, no I didn't copy their waypoints - and even if I did I wouldn't share them with you! hahahahaha.

Great event they put on. Sad to see that only one team donated the winnings to the cause. Guess some of those big names that win a lot needed the money more then the kids.
