first our greenburg turkeys got burned up. Now our annual thanksgiving dinner/pot luck has been reduced to individual box lunches to be eaten at your desk. Stick a fork in me, I'm done.

Yeah, this year sucks. I normally buy 3 to 5 dozen donuts for the student employees and several pizzas every few weeks. I haven't done that once since March. I think I'll buy a bunch of those Otis Spunkmeyer muffins and bring them.

I think it is acceptable and even encouraged these days if you peacefully walk around the other desks and scream in the face of your coworkers, shove them out of their chair, maybe sucker punch an old, slap their food off their desk, take a swig from their drink, set off some fireworks, burn their reports in a trash can, .... Happy Thanksgiving!

At my wife's office, they usually have a big nice lunch at one of the local steak houses. This year, they brought in the guy with a hotdog cooker trailer and had free hotdogs in the parking lot.

On a side note** The corporate office had a voicemail left for me accidentally yesterday at 10 am. approximately 24 hours later they sent it to me.
