You won't do better than Ron Yarborough. http://whiteriverflyguide.comI am assuming you are thinking about he White beneath the Bull Shoals dam near Cotter, AR. If you are wanting to fish near Branson then you'll find a different list of guides.

Matt Milner at Rising River guides won the business, was not hard he was the first one to return my call of four guides.
Pretty excited to get to drift two days with one of my sons, it will be his first fly tri so fingers crossed.

Quick follow up
Fished a day and a half in tough weather and super low water conditions and had an absolute FANTASTIC trip with Rising River Guides, the guys worked hard all day long in cold wet conditions with low water, dealt with newbies and were patient and incredibly helpful. One and half days and novice fisherman boated over 50 fish!!!
Hats off and would not hesitate to recommend this outfit.
