Why do you put it under your tongue?

Supposedly absorbs into the blood stream faster.

Only if its a sublingual variety. Putting a non sublingual medicine under your tongue will not make it absorb any faster for the most part.

My allergies this year have been worse than normal. Usually just a few morning sneezes and then they subside but not this year. Maybe when it gets cold and stays cold they will improve. I do a nasal spray every other day or so and take 1 Benedryl at night. It helps me sleep better since I haven't used Benedryl very often in the past.

Xynal is another good one. Zyrtec dissolve tabs work for fast relief.

The first deep freeze and it goes away for me.

I take a Zyrtec every morning and Flonase spray when it's bad. I might need to start rotating because the past three weeks have been horrible.

Mix equal parts lemon , lavender and peppermint essential oils in a small bottle .

DON"T get it on you . Stuff can burn skin and mucous membranes .

Sniff this mixture several times through each nostril 2-3 times per day .

Is meth sublingual?
