It is what it is! That’s my preference to fish cover and docks in shallow small lakes, but if the bass are 65 ft down in Travis which is hundreds of feet deep and I want to catch them I have to go to the fish!

Travis isn’t hundreds of ft feet deep. It’s max depth at full pool is 214. Which is very rarely the case due to drought and LCRA operations. Even then most LMB aren’t in 65ft of water
