I am considering purchasing a trailer and placing it in one of the rv parks on Fork with an annual lease. I might also want to occasionally use the trailer to travel to other places. I have started think that maybe a class A motorhome might be another option since I could then tow the boat with me. Do any of the parks around Fork allow class A's in their parks under the annual leases or are they strictly travel trailers only?

I also know that it is a personal choice but would appreciate recommendations for parks that offer either good amenities or good rates and maybe warnings of which on owner or any other reasons. Do they all have the 10 year requirement and which ones waive that if the trailer was in the park before the hitting the 10 year mark?

Been at Pelican Point a long time now. Super clean, they do all the yard work, on sute security, great private deep water ramp with good parking, not a party park, and really great residents. More of an adult type park. We all drink and sicialize but not loud parties and BS till the wee hours.
