All the best Chug bug. Staying positive and motivated tends to work most of the time.

I don't know where you are but here in San Antonio and the surrounding areas, I see a carp load of Help Wanted signs hanging in every window.

Hang in there Chug. Something will come up. Sounds like you have a CDL, there are many opportunities I am certain. In our neighborhood, during the day, any weekday, there are countless numbers of delivery trucks of one type or another, Prime, UPS, Fedex, etc. I mean our streets are abuzz constantly since we became a delivery society. Maybe time to consider a career change? There are a million retirees that need work done on homes, yards, driveways etc. If you have any snap at all, you can do well.

A job is a job. Anything right now is better than nothing. You can find something to tide you over if necessary. Like everyone is saying on here, I see numerous "we are hiring" signs.

This is the holiday times, so people are looking for extra help (ups, fedex, Amazon). She can still work part time jobs and get full unemployment. I think it is no more than 25% a week. Get out there and get it now and save to try to get 3 months ahead. Democrats are more realistic to life situations versus everything being “About Business”. You are in good hands.

Ppl I appreciate the positive directions, she’s been on it (job search) for 4 weeks now. Her resume is listed on the major sites that companies trust. So by the Lords grace she can find something soon. Like mentioned before you see a bunch of openings out but there is so many more folks looking. Fear is fear I guess I just wanted to read some positive feedback from my TFF family............thank you all!
