 Ultrex steering problem

I have an Ultrex that started to get very hard to rotate to the right (starboard). I need to step on the foot controller very hard. Turning toward the left is no problems.
Any suggestions?

Minn Kota Ultrex Steering Sensor Board, Pretty easy fix.
And don't mash on the pedal, you will do damage to the cable
