I hear you. Living here in Wide Awake Wylie has been great!

Keep looking forward. Thatโ€™s why windshields are larger than rear view mirrors.

Can't complain too much about living in San Angelo other then I wish it was closer to the coast. Been here 19 years. Keep saying I'm gonna pack up and leave one day but it hasn't happened yet. Oh and theres no fish in our lakes so no need to come visit.

My mom and dad lived there in the 50's. It was dry.

Can't complain about living up here in the panhandle for over 40 years. But we enjoy our time when we go to Alba and stay at the place on Lake Fork. Some places that I enjoy visiting are Fredericksburg, Ballinger and Austin.

I have alot of interest in this thread. I'm looking to move away from Houston or farther out than we are now. If I could figure out how to make the same $$ or close to it
in a smaller country town I'd be gone in a heart beat.

comfort was a laid back little town when I lived there way back when.

bonham is a good little town and paris can be fun too. I don't really have a single favorite.
