Never owned a Harley, but always wanted an XLCR. I believe it to be from the AMF days and is most likely a piece of junk, but to me, at that time, it was a very cool looking bike. I remember in the early 2000’s maybe, HD made an attempt at Superbike racing. I would see them at the track and they always had the best looking semi haulers, the best looking uniforms and leathers, and most importantly, the best looking paddock models. I don’t think they ever even finished on the podium, but they looked great. ![[Linked Image]](https://texasfishingforum.com/forums/pics/userpics/2020/11/full-4123-73890-69b04e81_68ce_4cf0_ab0b_92c4f2286cc3.jpeg)

I believe they did finish on the podium a few times. Not certain, but I could swear they did.

Bought an off the floor 600 cc supersport bike in 2006 . with 125 hp and weighed 350 lb.turning 17000 RPM. HD still ran carbuerated engines forever.

I had a R1 and GSXR 1000 back in the day. They wouldn’t turn near 17000rpm but were great bikes anyway.

My R6 would hit around 82. I love the sound of an inline 4.
