One of these days I will learn my lesson and quit ordering directly from their website because of the terrible service, support and communication. It seems to happen every time I order directly. I received a partial order about a month ago from an order that I put in probably 2 months ago. The shipping receipt says my undelivered items are on back order. If their website would've mentioned the back order, I wouldn't have ordered them in the first place. I've emailed and called numerous times and finally got a response the last week of October stating my order was in production and should arrive within the week. Nope. It's 2 weeks later and I still have no order and nobody will return my calls/emails to give me an update. They've got their FB page set where you can leave any comment. I've sent them messages through FB messenger, but nothing.

Is there a Rep here on TFF that can help me out or can someone offer up a helpful suggestion?

I just wouldn't buy their stuff anymore. I've seen way too many complaints for it to be a coincidence. There are a ton of soft plastics out there that work just as well. That's how I would treat it just on principal. Just my 2 cents.

They will get your order correct, I've had many issues with them but they always make it right. I once ordered $200 worth of tackle from them and they sent me someone else's order that was around a $250 order, I called and emailed to tell them I got the wrong order and what to do with the order I had that was wrong,and got no response, a few weeks later I got my order, I called and emailed again about the wrong order and finally got an email that said just keep it. When you order tackle direct from a manufacture your gonna be in line. They don't make 30,000 watermelon rattlesnakes and put them on the shelf, they make them to order, and fill the orders as they come in. It ain't Amazon or Tacklewarehouse, but their products simply work. Your thread is not the first to complain about them, it's just how they operate. I order a lot of tackle direct from other manufactures and I've had to wait 6 weeks sometimes. ZZ lures makes some awesome swim baits, they take a while because our little $200 orders fall in line with $5,000 orders.

I like some of their products but in my experience they absolutely don't care about customer service or customer retention. It amazes me they can run a business that poorly and still stay in business.

Just an update.... the rest of my order showed up in the mail today.

I have never had an issue ordering from them and I have placed an order many times over the years. Love their baits.

GrandeBass also had some quality issues not too long ago. I switched over to Hag's Tornado baits. Very similar (but not exact) to Rattlesnakes.
