How is the fishing of these hatchery raised trout? Do insect fly patterns work or better to use roe egg flies?

How is the fishing of these hatchery raised trout? Do insect fly patterns work or better to use roe egg flies? yes or a hook with a cig. butt colored chartreuse works also, lol
