Add lemon, Tabasco and salt to make it better. Then more horseradish.

1 Erich or similar type link sausage cut to tortilla size length heated with some onions to carmelize with the sausage is cooking
1 8 to 10 inch flour tortilla warmed in the microwave for 30 sec
1 slice pepper jack cheese split in half to cover the length and placed on the tortilla when it comes out of the microwave
Sausage goes on top of the cheese along with the caramelized onion topped with your choice of bbq sauce (sweet baby ray golden mustard) for me, roll that rascal up and get after it. Thanks for this one. I’ll add a spoon of sloppy wet scrambled eggs and finish with a peach haberno salsa.

Add lemon, Tabasco and salt to make it better. Then more horseradish. My wife makes the cocktail sauce, I forgot about the lemon , she does add that. I don't think she adds tabasco , but always puts some extra horseradish on the side in case it needs more kick. MO
