Walton Beach and Apalachicola,Fl.......it's a dredged waterway but it looks natural and has almost no barge traffic...(I met one towboat in almost 180 miles).....

Any locks along the way or just strait through? straight through...got some big saltwater bays to cross in Pensacola and Panama city....other than that, it's protected from the wind.....
